About RES
My passion for horses began when I was nine years old and it has guided my life ever since. My first introduction to red light therapy came from my nana who used a red-light pen to ease her arthritis. Growing up in her household that little red-light pen was always close by.

As I moved into the world of competition horses, I began using red and infrared light therapy myself and saw significant improvements in my horses’ recovery, performance, and overall wellbeing. This experience sparked a deeper interest in equine sports massage and inspired me to pursue a career as an equine therapist with a strong focus on red and infrared light treatments.

My services combine hands‑on bodywork with non‑invasive red‑light therapy as a complementary holistic modality. Red light can be applied to targeted areas using pads or boots to support soft‑tissue recovery and general wellbeing. I also offer photonic therapy based on Traditional Chinese Medicine principles using a light pen on specific meridians and acupressure points to encourage balance and support the body’s natural healing responses.

Additional services include providing exercise and maintenance programs aimed at conditioning performance horses and supporting horses returning to work while facilitating appropriate muscle development. For riders who are just starting their journey I also offer one‑on‑one instruction in foundational riding skills and essential horse care.

As an emerging practitioner, my approach is shaped by ongoing education, practical experience, and a genuine passion for improving equine comfort and performance.
